Introducing Delaney Newberry!

Welcome to Aggieland, Delaney! A proud member of the Fightin' Texas Aggie Class of '30, Delaney is pursuing a degree in Chemistry and looks forward to making connections and creating memories as a member of Chi Omega Sorority.

Before arriving at Texas A&M, she excelled on the golf course, helping her high school team earn a third-place state finish during her junior year. We can't wait to see all she accomplishes in Aggieland.

DCAM Book Club met in August for a discussion of the eighth book of the year: The Trouble with Heroes by Kate Messner. This book is the Richardson Reads One Book selection for 2026. We all loved the book and had a wonderful discussion.

"The Trouble with Heroesis a heartfelt, moving page-turner that tackles grief, loss, anger and redemption."

Join us Wednesday, September 23rd (Central Market Preston/Royal) at 7pm when our book will be: The Academy by Elin Hildebrand. A full list of books for the new year can be found on the DCAM website. The book club is a social branch of DCAM.

Ring of Honor Moms is for those of us who no longer have a student attending A&M but wish to remain a member of the Club, keep up with Aggie activities, and continue to visit with the friends we made through our years in DCAM.

There are no officers or extra dues. Ring of Honor Moms meet quarterly to share a meal, laugh, and socialize. Our paths may not have crossed at the same time, but we still have something in common: we put students through Texas A&M, we are proud of them, and we still support Aggies!

To be a Ring of Honor Mom, your Aggie must have graduated and you must be a current paid Ring of Honor member of DCAM Club.  For more information, email DCAMRingofHonor@aggiemoms.org

We have a few more openings for our 2026-2027 DCAM Board and we're thrilled to expand our sisterhood with YOU!

ALL volunteers are welcome - so feel free to share any strengths or special interests you have because we will find a spot for you! A few of the openings involve party planning, crafting, fundraising, and promotions - all to support each other and our Aggies. If none of these pique your interest, we'll create something that does! The best part is: all positions include a village of moms to help and new friendships to make so don't be shy, let us get to know you!

Thanks and Gig ‘em DCAM!

Federation Information
Federation Emblem

Any event sponsored through The Federation of Texas A&M University Mothers' Club will have this emblem beside the listing. The Federation is the umbrella group over all the individual clubs. These events are open to members of all the different Aggie Moms' Clubs.

The Federation and each individual Aggie Moms’ Club, from the largest with over 300 members to the smallest with only 5 members, share a common goal: To band together to do whatever is necessary to benefit the students at Texas A&M University. Each of the mothers also benefits in the process by sharing a camaraderie that cannot be found elsewhere.  An Aggie Moms’ Club meeting is a nurturing place to share the successes and setbacks of a child’s college career with others who have had the same experiences.

In addition to awarding scholarships to individual students, A&M Mothers’ Clubs serve Texas A&M University by financially supporting campus organizations.  The Aggie Band, the Corps of Cadets, the Endowment Fund for Sterling C. Evans Library, Fish, Transfer and S.A.L.T. Camps, Peer Orientation Conferences, CARPOOL, and over 1000 other Student Organizations receive financial support each year from Aggie Moms’ Clubs.

For more information about the Federation, please go to their website:

Fall Federation Weekend

The Dallas County Aggie Moms' Club was well represented at the recent Federation Aggie Mom's Weekend on August 28th and 29th, with Amanda Melton, Peggy Nolan, and Ruthanne Stewart attending in person, and Federation Representative Lori Pollock participating virtually.

Attendees enjoyed an inspiring talk from guest speaker Dr. Susan Ballabina, who shared her personal perspective as a fellow Aggie Mom. Additionally, former DCAM Presidents Peggy Nolan ('11-'12) and Marion Crawford ('99-'00) traveled to College Station for the prestigious Corps of Cadets Hall of Honor Annual Gala. It was a remarkable evening celebrating Marion Crawford’s husband, who received the Lifetime Achievement Award honoring his vision and role in founding the Corps of Cadets Association 33 years ago.

Federation Meetings

The Federation hosts district meetings throughout the year. District Meetings are a great opportunity to meet moms from neighboring clubs, exchange ideas, build relationships, and strengthen the Aggie Mom network across our communities. Check out the meeting calendar here.
