Dallas County Aggie brAG

Our April Dallas County Aggie brAG is Olivia Potvin - a loud and proud Architecture major graduating next month! Through long nights, early mornings and countless hours of hard work and determination, she has poured her heart into reaching this milestone and DCAM couldn't be more proud of her!

Her memberships include Delta Zeta Sorority, Order of Omega, The American Institute of Architecture Students, and the Conservation & Preservation Society. Olivia received the Merit Award from Metal Building Manufacturers Association for her botanical garden project last Fall!

Ms. Potvin has interned for SHM Architects in Dallas the past two Summers, and is looking forward to her 2026 Summer Internship for Gensler before she begins her Masters in Architecture at UTA.

When she has free time, Olivia loves golf, pickleball, painting pottery, working out, cooking, and throwing down some wings & queso while watching her Ags BTHO everyone!

It's that time of year to vote on a new DCAM Board for the 2026-2027 academic year! We are officially taking names to fill some shoes because, according to our bylaws, a few term limits are approaching and we're thrilled to expand our sisterhood with YOU!

ALL volunteers are welcome - so feel free to share any strengths or special interests you have because we will find a spot for you! A few of the openings involve party planning, technology, crafting, fundraising, promotions, and marketing - all to support each other and our Aggies. If none of these pique your interest, we'll create something that does! The best part is: all positions include a village of moms to help and new friendships to make so don't be shy, let us get to know you!

Thanks and Gig ‘em,

Federation Information
Federation Emblem

Any event sponsored through The Federation of Texas A&M University Mothers' Club will have this emblem beside the listing. The Federation is the umbrella group over all the individual clubs. These events are open to members of all the different Aggie Moms' Clubs.

The Federation and each individual Aggie Moms’ Club, from the largest with over 300 members to the smallest with only 5 members, share a common goal: To band together to do whatever is necessary to benefit the students at Texas A&M University. Each of the mothers also benefits in the process by sharing a camaraderie that cannot be found elsewhere.  An Aggie Moms’ Club meeting is a nurturing place to share the successes and setbacks of a child’s college career with others who have had the same experiences.

In addition to awarding scholarships to individual students, A&M Mothers’ Clubs serve Texas A&M University by financially supporting campus organizations.  The Aggie Band, the Corps of Cadets, the Endowment Fund for Sterling C. Evans Library, Fish, Transfer and S.A.L.T. Camps, Peer Orientation Conferences, CARPOOL, and over 1000 other Student Organizations receive financial support each year from Aggie Moms’ Clubs.
