Each summer, the Dallas County Aggie Moms Club welcomes new families through one of our most meaningful traditions, the Howdy Party, a first look at what it means to be part of the Aggie family.

If you have an incoming Texas A&M student, this is where your journey begins!

🤠 What Is the Annual Howdy Party?

The Howdy Party is our signature welcome event for incoming freshmen, transfer students, and their families, created to help you feel prepared, connected, and excited before move-in day arrives.

 

Hosted by the Dallas County Aggie Moms Club, a service and social organization dedicated to supporting Texas A&M students and their families, this annual gathering brings together new Aggies, current students, and experienced Aggie parents in one place.

Because let’s be honest…you probably have questions.
What is the deal with taking Physics at Texas A&M? What exactly is a FLO? How does transportation work? My Aggie has a sports pass, now what?

 

You are not alone, and you do not have to figure it out on your own.
The Howdy Party is where those questions get answered by people who have been there and are ready to help you feel confident heading into move-in day.

And if you can’t make it, or if those questions come up later, know this: Dallas County Aggie Moms are here for you all year long. This is a community you can rely on, a network of families supporting each other and our students every step of the way.

Summer schedules fill up quickly. This is a relaxed, come-and-go event, and students and families are welcome together or separately.
