Some traditions started shortly after the university opened, while others began more recently, but all of our traditions are part of Aggie life, including how we greet each other, what words we use and what we do on gamedays.

At our Dallas County Aggie Moms November General Meeting, we spent time learning about an incredible student-led resource that many families don’t even realize exists: The 12th Can, Texas A&M’s on-campus food pantry. It serves students, staff, and faculty who may be experiencing food insecurity, offering a reliable and welcoming place to receive support.

Every fall and spring, the Dallas County Aggie Moms gather for one of our most beloved traditions — assembling goody bags for our Aggies just before finals week kicks off. These bags aren’t just snacks and swag; they’re bundles of encouragement, packed with love and Aggie Spirit.
